My expertise: I have been doing high level GIS Web Design and DBA work for over 15 years. My expertise lies in GIS and E-commerce web design within the commercial industry dealing with large municipalities and states. I have engineered and built one of the largest dynamic GIS sites in the industry for Pictometry International. The site is very extensive utilizing numerous front end and server side technologies such as PHP, Javascript, AJAX, ASP, A7-Zip, XML, PERL and SSI to name a few. The backend utilizes Oracle 10i, Oracle-Spatial and interfaces with MSSQL Server as well. I am the company wide DBA for Oracle, MSSQL and MySQL.
